We’re watching Mrs. Zimmer in Winnipeg do up her matza ball soup, and enjoying the show. But we had to take exception to her plug for the “healthy” attributes of Canola oil. Canola oil is worth a full episode on your program, or somewhere on Viva. It is a manufactured product of little or no redeeming qualities, and a hoax perpetrated on the North American diet by industrial food interests. If you take some time to do some fact checking, you’d agree. In the meantime, advise Mrs. Zimmer not to believe all the bumpf she reads about this fraudulent product!

    Sincerely,

    Bob Bridge

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this show! It has soul and is so genuine! What a great archive of stories of real people. Finally a cooking show that focuses on the real meaning behind food!!! I hope this show keeps on going – great job! It warms my heart every time I watch it…
